Lessons
We offer private riding lessons to riders starting at beginner all the way to advanced experience levels; Mammen Quarter Horses starts our youngest riders at age six and teaches students all the way to adult riders. MQH teaches from spring to late fall, five days a week! Lessons are taught by an instructors with vast experience in different riding seats, specializing in western & hunt seat to experienced riders.
Rates: It's $25 per hour/ Hour & 15 minutes
Required: Jeans/ or some kind of protective pants, a boot with a 1 inch heel, and a helmet
We do offer helmets at the farm that you can use if you don't have a helmet.
Rate: For use of MQH helmet is $2 a month & we provide sanitizing spray that covers lice.
Horse Hotel
We are conveniently located a couple miles north of Hwy 36, close to Hwy 65 and just minutes from Chillicothe, Mo. Our facility is accessible for big rigs up to 54ft long and we offer 24 hour check-in. Stalls and small turnout pens are available, and you can build your own pen for your horse. For the human component, we offer electrical hook-ups for on-site guests with a selection of hotels nearby, within five minutes, available as well. We have high quality hay and grain available if you are running low and just need to stock up. We look forward to your stay with us!

Outside small pens - $15 per night that's clean & has automatic waterers during the spring- fall months

Make your own pens -$10 per night & you have to clean the area before you leave
